Common Questions

Is the Explorer plan really free forever? +
Yes. No credit card required, no trial period. Explorer gives buyers the core app — swiping, saving (up to 20 properties), booking viewings, and messaging agents — with no time limit.
What does "no commission" mean? +
PropertyMatch charges agents a flat monthly subscription. We never take a percentage of your sale or rental deal, regardless of property price. A €5M villa completion earns us exactly the same as a €500k apartment — your subscription fee.
How does the 20% annual discount work? +
Switch to Annual billing at checkout and the discount is applied immediately. You pay 10 months' price for 12 months of access, billed as a single annual charge. You can switch back to monthly at your next renewal date.
Can I change plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. On monthly plans that's within 30 days; on annual plans, at the end of the year.
What happens to my listings if I cancel? +
Your listings are moved to draft (invisible to buyers) but never deleted. Your CRM, client conversations, viewing history, and offer data are retained for 12 months. Reactivate at any time and everything is restored immediately.
What is Private Client and who is it for? +
Private Client pairs a serious ultra-prime buyer (typically looking at properties above €3M) with a dedicated PropertyMatch advisor who proactively curates matches, arranges discreet viewings, and handles introductions to legal and financial professionals. Pricing starts at €199/month and is tailored to your requirements — contact us to discuss.
Does the Agency plan support more than 10 agents? +
Yes. The Agency base plan covers up to 10 seats. Additional seats are €30/month each. For offices with more than 25 agents, contact our sales team for a volume pricing arrangement.
