Each individual may only hold one PropertyMatch account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
You must notify us immediately at support@property.kinetic.im if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Property listings displayed on PropertyMatch are provided by our partner agents and third-party sources. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all listing information — including price, availability, size, description, or photographs — is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Important: Property prices, availability and descriptions are subject to change without notice. You should always verify listing details directly with the agent before making any financial commitment.
PropertyMatch makes no warranty that any property shown on the Service is actually available for sale or rent, accurately described, or suitable for your purposes. Listing images may be illustrative or representative.
Some listings are marked as off-market or exclusive. These properties may not be available on other platforms. Off-market status is provided by agents and is not independently verified by PropertyMatch.
When you connect with a PropertyMatch agent, you are engaging with a licensed real estate professional. PropertyMatch facilitates this introduction but is not a party to any agreement between you and the agent or any property seller.
Agents acting through PropertyMatch are independent professionals. PropertyMatch does not control, endorse, or warrant the advice, services, or conduct of any agent. Any transaction you enter into with an agent or vendor is solely between you and them.
PropertyMatch enables you to request viewings but does not guarantee that all requested viewings will be arranged. Agents confirm viewings subject to availability. Repeated no-shows may result in your account being restricted.
Nothing in the Service or any agent communication constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before proceeding with any property transaction.
All content on the Service — including the PropertyMatch name, logo, design, software, text, images, and data — is owned by or licensed to PropertyMatch and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as profile information or messages). By submitting content, you grant PropertyMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you agree that we may use this feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Málaga, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
